We will respond to all requests within 30 days (free of charge for reasonable requests).

Account Deletion Note: Deleting your account will result in forfeiture of any remaining cash balance (subject to T&C) and you cannot create a new account.


7. Children’s Privacy (Under 18)

Our Platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will immediately:

  • Delete their account.
  • Forfeit any balance (refund of deposits may be considered on a case-by-case basis after parent/guardian contact).
  • Delete all associated data.
