Terms & Conditions – IX7 Game

Welcome to IX7 Game (https://ix7games.co) (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, registering, or playing on our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.


1. Eligibility – Who Can Play

You may register and play on IX7 Game only if:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You are a legal resident of India (or accessing from a jurisdiction where online skill gaming is legal).
  • You are not a resident of any Indian state where online real-money gaming is prohibited (including but not limited to: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Gujarat – check your local laws).
  • You have not been previously banned or suspended from our Platform.
  • You are not an addict or self-excluded gambler.

Violation of eligibility will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.


2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information (name, mobile number, email, date of birth, location).
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and merged.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username/password/OTP) confidential.
  • You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at: support@ix7games.co
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity (KYC) at any time by requesting government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driver’s License).

3. Real Money – Deposits, Gameplay & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ₹XXX (specify your amount, e.g., ₹100).
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, NetBanking, credit/debit cards, and other methods as shown on the deposit page.
  • Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. If delayed, contact support with transaction ID.

3.2 Gameplay Rules

  • All games (Teen Patti, casino games, etc.) follow pre-defined rules displayed inside each game lobby.
  • Results are generated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) . No manipulation is possible.
  • In case of a technical error or disconnection, the game outcome determined by our server logs is final.

3.3 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹XXX (e.g., ₹200).
  • Maximum withdrawal per day/week/month: As per plan (specify, e.g., ₹50,000/day).
  • Withdrawal processing time: 24–72 hours after approval.
  • KYC verification is mandatory before first withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal method: Same as deposit method wherever possible (anti-money laundering policy).
  • Processing fee: Applicable as shown at withdrawal page (e.g., ₹10 + GST).
  • Winnings from bonus money have wagering requirements (see Section 4).

3.4 Account Balance

Your account shows:

  • Cash Balance (real money you deposited + winnings) – withdrawable.
  • Bonus Balance (promotional credits) – not withdrawable directly; convertable after wagering.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed only from Cash Balance.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

  • Each bonus/promotion has its own terms (wagering requirement, validity period, game restrictions).
  • Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonus: 10x–20x deposit amount (example).
  • Bonus expires if not used within specified days.
  • Abuse of bonuses (multi-accounting, bonus hunting) will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.
  • We reserve the right to revoke, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

  • Use multiple accounts or create fake identities.
  • Use any bots, scripts, hacks, cheats, or third-party software to manipulate gameplay.
  • Collude with other players.
  • Exploit any bug or glitch for unfair advantage – report it instead for a reward.
  • Abuse customer support or other players.
  • Use abusive language, hate speech, or offensive behavior inside chat/games.
  • Engage in money laundering – depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay.
  • Be a chargeback fraudster – reversing a payment after receiving winnings.

Penalties: Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, permanent ban, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement.


6. Fair Play & Dispute Resolution

  • All game histories are recorded for minimum 90 days.
  • If you believe a game outcome is unfair, raise a ticket within 24 hours of the game ending. After 24 hours, the outcome is considered accepted.
  • Our decision based on server logs and game history is final and binding.

7. Fees & Charges

  • Deposit fee: None (unless payment gateway charges apply).
  • Withdrawal fee: As displayed (e.g., ₹10 + 18% GST per withdrawal).
  • Inactivity fee: After 180 days of no login, we may charge ₹50/month maintenance fee until balance reaches zero.
  • Chargeback fee: ₹500 + full recovery of reversed amount.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate any T&C.
  • You provide false KYC documents.
  • You are found cheating or colluding.
  • You request self-exclusion (Responsible Gaming).
  • Legal or regulatory requirement.

Upon termination:

  • Real cash balance (if genuine and not from fraud) may be returned after deduction of fees.
  • Bonus balance is forfeited.
  • You cannot create a new account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • IX7 Game is not liable for any financial loss, emotional distress, or any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the last 30 days.
  • We are not responsible for internet failures, device issues, payment gateway delays, or bank processing times.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The platform, software, graphics, logos, game designs, and content are owned by IX7 Game or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of our Platform without written permission.

11. Amendments to T&C

We may update these T&C at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after 7 days of posting means you accept the changes. Material changes (e.g., withdrawal rules) will be notified via email or SMS.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Mumbai / New Delhi].

14. Complete Agreement

These T&C, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and IX7 Game.
